At Kruunuvuorenranta, you are surrounded by nature but close to services. Excellent opportunities for outdoor activities and recreation as well as light installations create a characteristic atmosphere for the area.

Kruunuvuorenranta is built on the eastern shore of Kruunuvuorenselkä, opposite the inner city. Kruunuvuorenranta offers impressive views of the sea, manor parks and the varied nature of the archipelago. The area will become both a comfortable place to live and a recreation area for all of the city’s residents. Kruunuvuorenranta is a district of light whose light installations shine all the way to the inner city.

By 2030, Kruunuvuorenranta will be home to 13,000 residents and 800 jobs will be created. Many of the apartments in Kruunuvuorenranta and the beach boulevard offer views across the sea to the inner city and Suomenlinna. The key services, such as a school, day-care centre and a small commercial centre are available nearby.

On the map, Kruunuvuorenranta is only three kilometres away from the centre of Helsinki. In the future, a tram can take you from the centre to Kruunuvuorenranta in fifteen minutes, as the Kruunusillat project will link Laajasalo, Kruunuvuorenranta and Kalasatama to the inner city.
