During the afternoon speakers include the author and the New Yorker lifestyle columnist DavidOwen, Domestic Urban Tops Emma Terämä and Damiano Cerrone, New York Commissioner for International Affairs Penny Abeywardena and Caspervon Koskull, CEO of Nordea and Jari Niemelä, rector of University of Helsinki.

Our 2019 Helsinki Symposium publication speaks of the role of the cities, and especially of those measures that the cities, as precursors in the combat against climate change and in the implementation of sustainable development, are expected to go through with.
